Hello, Mstr06!

Is the answer to your question simple as:

  1. Click/open on the mail with the attachment
  2. At the bottom, you'll see "1 Attachment: 'Attachment name' "
  3. Rightclick on the attachment and you'll see "Save as"

Click it and thats it, if I misunderstood your problem, feel free to reply!

Sounds like the sender inserted the object instead of attaching it.
