Email Provider: Lunarpages ISP: Cox Communications OS: Windows 7 Firewall & Antivirus Software: McAfee Endpoint Security 10.0 Thunderbird 38.5.1

When attempting to send emails I receive an error pop-up saying Unable to open temporary file...Check your Temporary Directory setting.
