I have my own domain hosted on godaddy's email servers. When I attempted to import from my domain email archive folders I got to the second Thunderbird popup [tools > import > Import Wizard (Import Settings and Mail Folders)] that appeared to want my domain email log in information; however, there was no text box to do so and the back/next buttons were grayed out. Thunderbird sees my domain email inbox and all archive folders. I want to move all my archive folders to "Local Folders" so they are backed up to my home server. I tried to drag and drop between my domain archive folders shown in Thunderbird and local folders but that did not seem to work. Any help would be appreciated.

FYI I am moving from "ken@thelarsons.email" to Thunderbird local folders. I will continue to use this email address.

You are adding a mail account to Thunderbird, not importing anything. You import from other mail clients like outlook, Eudora, The Bat! etc.

I hope you used IMAP, as that is the protocol that allows folders to be included in the synchronized account.

POP will include only your inbox and then it will not be synchronized.
