Recently our email server changed to the outlook program migrating all emails there that we need to download to our thunderbird account.We have gone through the process several times to download these emails to our present email account. No problems before and have used thunderbird for many years but unable to set up correctly now after this migration.

What server name What ports. Is IMAP enabled on the server? Have you been using add-on or davmail in the past to connect to exchange?
