I need a refund for purchasing Firefox, it is not what I wanted. Please advise how to do this
I purchased Firefox through iTunes and was unaware it was for my iphone and i do not want it. please refund me to my itunes account. Thank you

This is not iTunes try contacting them
they said had to contact Firefox and not itunes...went there first
First ANY purchases made through iTunes you need to contact Apple. They act as the seller and they charge your credit card or however you paid
Second Firefox on iOS is FREE !!

Are you sure it was the "Firefox web browser By Mozilla" on itunes?.
Mozilla does not charge for any of their Firefox products anywhere.
The Firefox for iOS is for iPhone and iPad with iOS 8.2 and newer.
