Hi,

I inadvertently placed a file on my computer which highlighted, then deleted the last 4 days of Inbox emails. (All Sent and Deleted files still contain those days where relevant).

I have checked every folder and done a search for known emails but nothing! Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

Hi Matt.

Thank you for your reply. I have now managed to solve it. They were all inbox emails over a 4 day period. I have no idea what happened but they just disappeared. I checked every email folder in case they had somehow been moved but..... nothing/ gone.

I read somewhere about 'repairing' folders as a possible solution and tried that on a number of email folders. When I rechecked them all I found the missing emails in the Spam folder.

So now idea what, why or how but at least it is sorted.
