I can't use FF because a Zenmate pop up will not accept my PW, plz help, havong to use [sigh] edge.
I can't access Firefox because of a pop up from Zenmate. I put my email and password into the pop up but it will not accept info. I believe this all started after an update. I can't navigate pages to get to this forum, therefore I can't give you any technical info. Right now I am using Edgeto contact you. Thank you.

What is Zenmate ?
It's some sort of Mozilla add on that I'm wishing I'd never heard of.
Do you mean; ZenMate Security & Privacy VPN https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/zenmate-security-privacy-vpn/
There are several bad reviews. Have you contacted its support? You can always disable or remove this.
