After I installed Lightening & Provider for Google, Thunderbird continues to crash. I can barely open it. What do I do?

I've just installed Thunderbird along with Lightening & Provider for Google. It was working great until I synced my google calendar - now I can only open Thunderbird and it immediate crashes. It barely loads. What should I do?
