Firefox crashes on startup

Firefox began crashing on random tabs for about two weeks. As of today, it now crashes on all startups immediately. I have tried running in Firefox Safe Mode, but it still crashes on all tabs immediately. Typing in "about:crashes" also crashes. I have also uninstalled the software and confirmed that the "Program Files\Mozilla" and "Program Files (x86)\Mozilla" folders are gone. Then I reinstalled the latest software. The most recent submitted crash report is:

hi bryan, thanks for providing a crash id - we have seen similar reports by other EMET users as well, apparently it's the SEHOP policy in the tool that causes these issues
