Hi I am trying to assist a friend who I persauded to use T/B. They can open email messages and then they get this

"Login to server imap-mail.outlook.com failed"


It then says retry /enter new password/cancel and won’t let me do anything

Can you help please - any ideas? Many thanks Timbo1
