Firefox crashes
Everything was fine yesterday, but today I can't get on Firefox at all. Getting the message: Gah. Your tab just crashed.
I first refreshed Firefox, then restarted in Safe Mode with add-ons disabled, then I uninstalled and reinstalled it. Nothing is working.

I am not at all technical, so any very step-by-step help you can provide that includes exactly where I find things would be most helpful.
