ByteFence detected a High Risk item on Firefox which is "Browser Search Hijack (Firefox)", how can I remove it?

I came across this high risk item found by ByteFence on my computer. Under Detection Name it is listed as: Browser Search Hijack (Firefox), and is marked a high risk must be remove item. Can anyone please help me sort it out and how? Thanks.
