I cannot seem to find my old Mozilla email address after downloading Mozilla to my new laptop. How can i find it? Thank you
I have a business email address which I have not used for some time but now want to start reusing it. The problem is, that now, I have re-loaded Mozilla to my new laptop and cant seem to find my email address on it.
When I insert my email address; michelle.dhyll@mitacon.co.uk, it tells me that 'Thunderbird has failed to find settings for your email address'.
I would like to reinstall my original email address to my thunderbird account and start using it again. Please advise me as to how I can do this. Can you tell me if this email address still exists?

Email addresses come from email providers. Thunderbird is email client software not a provider. Contact your provider for info about your address. If it does still exist and is still active ask your provider for their server settings and use the manual configuration to add it to Thunderbird.
FYI: This is a public forum and posting personal info like email addresses is not the best idea.
