Preview pane loads slowly, often out of synch with message headers
After I click on the message header it takes at least 30 seconds for the message to appear in the preview window below. If I open a new window it is often for a previous message, even if it has already been deleted. The whole thing is a mess to use. Also my punctuation sometimes renders correctly and sometimes not even though I took the two necessary steps to prevent that from happening.

Please add the troubleshooting information to your post To find the Troubleshooting information:
- Open Help (or click on three-line-icon and select Help)
- Choose Troubleshooting Information
