Why are you changing my homepage to bing, now twice in a row?
You changed my home screen to bing, now two times in a row. This is not a virus problem, or a maleware problem, etc. I work in information sciences, I use firefox in all my computers. If you change it again, I am permanently uninstalling all firefox products.

Hi, do as you have to or want to do. It is not Mozilla Firefox changing it on purpose. There is add-ons and stuff that come in with other installs of programs that switch Firefox Search to Bing. As Firefox has contractual obligations with Google this would not be the case to switch to Bing.
I also had the problem back several months ago and had to uninstall a program that sneaked in and it took me 4 days and multiple scans to catch all that kept replicating the issue.
Please look for any program installed that you do not remember installing such as Lavasoft Web Companion, if you have that please uninstall it as is the origin of the issue.
Please use more than 1 scanner as each uses diff tech :
Also Hitman Pro installed as 1 X only : https://www.hitmanpro.com/ Save your Report and google each before deleting anything as do not want to delete something you need, If need help :
Post in only 1 forum, then wait.
In addition to the scanners, please check:
(1) Windows Control Panel, Uninstall a Program.
After the list loads, click the "Installed on" column heading to group the infections, I mean, additions, by date. This can help in smoking out undisclosed bundle items that snuck in with that software you agreed to install. Be suspicious of everything you do not recognize/remember, as malware often uses important or innocent sounding names to discourage you from removing it.
Take out as much trash as possible here. If you're not sure, feel free to post program names or a screenshot of the list.
(2) Possible program folder infection.
Check in these locations (varies for 32-bit / 64-bit):
C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\defaults\pref C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\defaults\pref
Any files other than channel-prefs.js are suspicious. Remove them to a neutral location for further analysis at your leisure.
Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
