If I save emails as a".eml" in an outside file, How do I move them back to Thunderbird ?

To import emails use this addon extension: ImportExportTools
How to install addon:
- Right click on suitable folder in your 'Local Folders' mail account and select 'ImportExportTools' > 'Import messages'
- locate the folder containing the *.eml files.
- Select/highlight the .eml file(s)
- click on 'Open'
