I get into Netflix but no categories show up.
Hi, have gone through Netflix C Support already. I get into Netflix, their feature video shows, I can play it. But the rest of my screen is black except for category headings. Just started happening two days ago. Help much appreciated!

Hi, what security software are you running please as well what extensions are you running ?
I use Vipre for security. Are you saying my Flash may be the issue? I have Silverlight and Netflix utilizes that. I can play their featured video, just not see any others to click on.

Just checked, I have no extensions as far as I can tell
Hi, no Flash is probably not the cause but it is open to a few hundred ways to hack it by now. Must be updated when new one is released. Flash is getting better for this 30 series to update.
As for SIlverlight I did not think you can run that in Firefox anymore. Also is Netflix using Flash or HTML5 ?
