imported mail, etc from Gmail account - I'm not able to sort previously sent messages by "To"?
everything looks good to go, however, i have about 6000 sent messages that I moved over to Thunderbird and they all just show who sent them, not to whom they were sent

Is the Recipient column turned on? At the far right end of the column headers is a small icon. Click that and turn the recipient column on so you can see who you sent the email too. Then click that header to sort on that column.
