When I go to a web page I get a message saying that in order for me to see the entire web site or if I want to get the full affect I must enable Java script or by browser is not supported by JavaScript. How do I enable JavaScript? Please explain as if I were a three year old

It is quite difficult to disable Javascript on Android. Please provide the website address and steps to reproduce the issue.
