Why don't attachments appear when using the screen reader JAWS?

Prior to the November 5th update, all attachments were easy to select and view. Since the update I have no method of reading any attachment and this is even more problematic when there's more than one attachment. I'm blind and use the screen reader JAWS.

What version of JAWS are you using ? Is JAWS version up to date ? There seems to be recent updates to versions.
