Spell checker doesn't recognize "neurodiversity" as a real word

Right-click on the word and add it to the spellchecker.

Alot depends on the browser and which spell checker dictionary they use as references. What one defines another will not - so this isn't really a browser issue as they choose which dictionary spell checker to verify spellings.
