Lost emails and folders since a system restore.
Accidentally uninstalled the wrong version of Thunderbird as I had 32 & 64bit versions. This lost all my profiles, emails and folders etc.
I ran system restore to an earlier restore point a few days ago.
Although TB shows all my profiles and I have to re-login to the profiles which is not a problem. But all my emails in/out, folders with saved emails etc and address books are not shown or blank.
Currently using V 68.2.2 (32-bit) as have done for years. But did install 64 bit version trying to solve a problem, now solved and incorrectly removed the 32-bit version.
Can my folder/emails etc be recovered.

Open your Troubleshooting Information. At the top right of the Thunderbird window, click the menu button , then select Help > Troubleshooting Information.
Click about:profiles
This will list the existing Thunderbird profiles on your computer.
Note the name of the current default profile.
Then click the 'Launch profile in a new browser' button for the other profile(s) shown. The button label is incorrect and awaits correction. But clicking the button will launch Thunderbird in a new window with the selected profile loaded. If it happens to be what you are looking for, click the 'Set as default' button and you're good to restart Thunderbird.
