When i go to my RBC banking site, I can sign in but goes to a blank page

When using another browser I can sign in and go through site, when using firefox I can not sign into RBC site.

Hi mrsledhead64, Check that any blocking type extensions are not causing the problem. It's best to disable those type of extensions and restart Firefox to see if the problem persists. You can also check that Enhanced Tracking Protection is not blocking by visiting the site and clicking on the shield icon on the address bar. Disabling Tracking Protection sets an exception for that site in your Privacy & Security -> Enhanced Tracking Protection -> Manage Exceptions.

You can try these steps in case of issues with web pages:

You can reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.

  • hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
  • press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
  • press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)

Clear the Cache and remove the Cookies for websites that cause problems via the "3-bar" Firefox menu button (Options/Preferences).

  • Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security
    Cookies and Site Data: "Manage Data"

"Clear the Cache":

  • Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security
    Cookies and Site Data -> Clear Data -> Cached Web Content: Clear

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Themes
  • do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window

I also now have this problem trying to get into my RBC account. I'm just getting a blank page eventhough I signed in correctly. I can access my account with explorer but would prefer to use firefox. This problem is very recent so what happened that is different??

The solution/workaround (depending on your viewpoint), in the thread RobertJ points to, worked for me. -> about:config -> network.http.spdy.enabled.http2 = false

The 2 previously suggested approaches (tracking protection & cache bypass/refresh) did not work for me.
