Websites' icons no-show in Bookmarks Toolbar

I recently signed in to my Firefox account in order to bring in all my bookmarks. The Bookmarks Toolbar was added, however, the websites' logo/icon doesn't show See attached. When I click on an icon it will open up the website and just then show the icon What can be the reason

Unfortunately the website favicons aren't part of Sync, you you will have to visit each bookmark to load its favicon.
