Very often form input fields don't show up when using Firefox, both on Windows and Android. When that happens I have to visit the same website on Chrome or Edge to fill out forms. See these screenshots and link to illustrate the issue. Thanks for any advice.

It looks like it's being blocked by a Tracking protection. Try to click the shield icon in the URL bar and turn off Tracking protection for that site.
