Blank screen
I had to reset my windows 10 computer and now when I downloaded FireFox I et nothin but a blank page when I open it ? It doesn't matter what website I try it's just a blank page ! I have tried refreshing it and it will not restart but when I click on it to restart it saying that it's already running. Sure enough I open task manager and it's running. If I stop it there it just does the same when restarted. Like ground hog day !

You can check for issues caused by a corrupted or incomplete Visual C++ installation that is missing runtime components (Redistributable Packages) required by Firefox.
