  1. 1. Download the link from GitHub via the developer's site. Link Blocked.
  2. 2. Download the file to the file explorer and try to upload to TB 78. Upload blocked

Open Tools/Add-ons in TB, type send later in the 'Find more add-ons' box, in the new tab, click Add to Thunderbird for Send Later.
