Gtag trigger appended links not opened in private mode
Hi Team,
We recently faced issue in our site that most of the links not working on click but opens in new tab is working.
And got to know that tracking enhancement blocked google tag manager related script also blocked.
Actually how these button click is not working due to gtag restrictions.
If button tied up with gtag trigger will that be restricted with click event?
Can we try any other workaround to fix this problem or purely based on client side flow?

Is the problem with other web browsers, or just Firefox?
Hi,
I can share public URL.
Can you please confirm whether this post available to other users? Ie is this public or private post?
Issue occurred only with firefox private browser. Working fine in all other browser. Once we turned off enhanced tracking option works fine. Due to blocking google analytics related script only we are facing this problem.

Hi,
I just need to know whether we can overcome this issue even enhanced tracking option is turned on.
And blocking google analytics is also really necessary? And i need to know the exact reason and behaviour regarding how blocking google scripts caused issue in button click? As we enabled gtag trigger for buttons or hyperlink click?
And we could face click issue even for the hyperlink which not added in gtag trigger.
Thanks in advance.
If your website use essential files that are coming from domains on one of the lists for blocking content then your only option is to switch to domains that aren't blocked if you want to ensure proper functioning regardless of the ETP state. Note that users always can use other content blocking extensions that use similar block lists/filters.
See the about:url-classifier page where you can check this for Firefox. You can also click the shield in the location bar to see what content is blocked.
