1. I have Firefox Plus 2. When clicking to open Firefox Private Network, I get msg saying I am "offline". I am not offline. 3. I have Onyx installed. When opening iMac I get notice that new download is available. When I click on it, I am told computer is offline. It is not offline.

You can check the connection settings.

  • Settings -> General -> Network: Connection -> Settings

If you do not need to use a proxy to connect to internet then try to select "No Proxy" if "Use the system proxy settings" or one of the others do not work properly.
