no mateer who i send to or try to reply to I get the following attachment see attachment but i did use CC cleaner but had thunderbird un checke not sure if it is thunderbird or comcast

Please post your Troubleshooting Information. At the top right of the Thunderbird window, click the menu button , then select Help > Troubleshooting Information. Press the "Copy text to clipboard button" and paste the information into your reply.

I tried copying the trouble shooting in and it says i have 180 characters to many
