Last month I had no problem printing my bank statement. This month it is not letting me print my bank statement. I keep getting a blank screen when I go to print. Is this something to do with an update from Firefox or is it something else?? Please help.

Hello, try using the download button in the firefox pdf viewer to launch the pdf in acrobat/reader to print it. (Do this whenever the built-in viewer doesn't do a good job.) That button appears in the viewer toolbar:
