Menu button disappears galaxy tab s6 android verified latest Samsung software
First apologies, went through about 2 dozen threads on this topic and still left unable to consistently get the menu button (3 dots vertically) to appear and remain adjacent to address/search field.
All I want to do is access my bookmarks easily and reliably from an existing or new tab. The Firefox menu button appears seemingly at random, at other times I am left wanting to Frisbee my galaxy tab because I cannot access my bookmarks.
Sophomoric I know, but appreciate any and all assistance.

Hi
If you open the Firefox for Android menu, select Settings and Customise, you can turn off Scroll to hide toolbar which should keep the option that you are looking for more visible.
I hope that this helps.
Hi Paul, thanks for the help. I made the change to Settings...Customize as you suggested. It seems to work for existing tabs, menu button remains on toolbar, but adding a new tab always results in welcome screen with no menu button, no access to bookmarks which is beyond inconvenient.
The swipe right to left always unhides the menu button on an Android phone but not the tablet, regardless of the setting on the tablet? What exactly is the Scroll gesture this setting controls? I assume you are supposed to be able to "scroll" to both hide and unhide and its just not working, or am I possibly not scrolling correctly?
Hi
Thank you for the screenshot - that really helps.
When you select the address bar, it is normal for the home and menu icons to disappear. What is a little less normal in your screenshot is that the keyboard is not visible.
You may wish to open the Android Settings app, select Applications and find your keyboard app. Select storage and then clear the cache (not data!), and you may notice it works a little better.
