when I open a page it transfer to another page that is written:

Dear Firefox user, You are today’s lucky visitor for: July 24, 2022 Please complete this short survey and to say “Thank You” we’ll give you a chance to get an Apple iPhone 11 Pro!"

And I can't open the page that I want, and this sometimes happen and sometimes not, what should I do.

That is not a message from Mozilla, you will not be sent a Apple iPhone 11 Pro, that message is a scam, do not enter your details.

As a first step, I recommend clearing your browsing history, this support article should help: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/delete-browsing-search-download-history-firefox

I also suggest running a full anti-virus and anti-malware scan of your computer and reading carefully any recommendations given to remove any threats found.
