Where are all my bookmarks when Firefox updated, normally it keeps it.

All my bookmarks and saved passwords are gone when Firefox updated. It usually brings the bookmarks over, now I have to rebuild these manually. Help please. I tried reading the help but not really getting anywhere.

Disregard the initial question I found that Firefox created another profile. And that granted me access to the bookmarks and saved credentials. So I just have to manually export and import the bookmarks and passwords to the new version?

You may be able to use Restore > Choose file in the Bookmarks Manager menu or, with Firefox closed, copy the files places.sqlite and favicons.sqlite from the old profile to the new.
