I have been using firefox for years. I went to medicare.gov this weekend and was unable to login. I have never had a problem using firefox to login to Medicare.gov. I called medicare and they only told me to clear history and cookies which I did OR use another browser. I am using a Mac and used Safari, but had to turn on Java script to login. I have turned off all addons. Looked at settings, but can not find why I can not use firefox to login to Medicare.gov

I also have this problem. I called Medicare yesterday, & after some trouble they were able to get it to work by deleting & re-establishing the account. Had the same problem today; tried disabling all add ons, & clearing cache, but no help. I am able to log in with another browser.
