I need to administer my modem from an internal address. It uses HTTP:\\ not HTTPS:\\. No combination of settings for HTTPS-only allows me to hit the modem's page.

I can ping the address.

I've tried disabling HTTPS-Only without any change. I've tried keeping HTTPS-Only enabled and adding my modem's admin address to the exemption. I've made sure to restart FF after making the change.

I've read this article: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/https-only-prefs#w_add-exceptions-for-http-websites-when-youre-in-https-only-mode.

I do not have a padlock on the location address bar. I only see padlocks for HTTPS sites. I don't get the option to Continue to HTTP site.

FireFox 108.0.2 (64-bit).

Error: An error occurred during a connection to 192.168.X.X.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the web.

CenturyLink is unable to help me since I can't get the admin page.

What kind modem are you referring to here? And did you check the manufacture site support how to remote or internal access the modem.
