I cleared all history from my browser history and no I can not get pages to load. Or if they do open, I am unable to click on any section. The only exception is that Firefox seems to work normally if I use Private Browsing.

I assume there are no add-ons in your Private Browsing. Sounds like an add-on is causing the issue. Go back to normal mode Browsing and disable all add-ons and then bring them back 1 by 1. We'll leave the light on for you.  ;-)
