downloading statements from my bank account
Recently I have found that I cannot download statements from my bank account, also at the same time (2/3 months ago) I cannot access a Tesco website from Firefox. I can carry out these functions easily from Microsoft Edge, so why the sudden change ? Can anyone please help me to fix this in Firefox?

Tesco is aware of this issue (twitter), please contact them about it.
You should be able to download statements from your bank account. What are the symptoms? How can we reproduce it?
Such documents are usually PDF files. Can you open such a file is a Firefox tab ?
