connection to yahoo mail not working today

When going to mail.yahoo.com, I get this error message:

The page isn't redirecting properly An error occurred during a connection to guce.yahoo.com. • This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

and this is the URL that I am redirected to: https://guce.yahoo.com/consent?brandType=nonEu&gcrumb=bWAMXTs&done=https%3A%2F%2Fmail.yahoo.com%2F

It works OK with Chrome, I just do not like Chrome! I made changes to allow cookies and that made no difference.

Try clearing site cookies and disabling Tracking Protection for the site.

Does it still happen in Troubleshoot Mode?
