Hi Wesley, sorry to hear about this problem.

If you check the Bookmarks Sidebar (Ctrl+B) or Library window (Ctrl+Shift+O as in Organizer), are your bookmarks listed there, or only the built-in ones, or nothing at all? [Sometimes the Bookmarks Toolbar doesn't display correctly, but other methods of access still work, so we should rule that out first.]

Did you lose any history, add-ons, custom settings, or other data?

After installation, did Firefox mention that it needed to create a new profile?
