Buenos días,

Debido a un error, se han borrado todas las carpetas relacionadas con Thunderbird, incluidas el perfil y los correos locales. Afortunadamente, hemos podido recuperar dichos ficheros. Sin embargo, al cargar las carpetas locales en Thunderbird, no se muestran correos electrónicos en su interior, incluso en carpetas de gran tamaño (hasta 200MB).

Hemos intentado reparar tanto las carpetas individualmente como la base de datos global, pero el problema persiste.

Agradeceríamos su orientación para resolver este problema.

Good morning,

Due to an error, all folders related to Thunderbird, including the profile and local emails, have been deleted. Fortunately, we were able to recover these files. However, upon loading the local folders in Thunderbird, no emails are displayed inside them, even in large folders (up to 200MB).

We have attempted to repair both the individual folders and the global database, but the issue persists.

We would appreciate your guidance to resolve this problem.

Hola, Que se había borrado algunos archivos del perfil, todo el perfil? El Thunderbird es el mismo? Es una cuenta IMAP? en esa caso tampoco se observan los correos que están en el servidor?
