I am unable to update my VPN

I can't connect to Mozilla VPN which I pay for, and I am having trouble getting my account with my login and password. The VPN update is not working and I can't find any way to update and get it functioning. I am attaching a screen shot of the VPN app which I thought was updating, because of the circle spinning.

I also want to update the billing credit card for my account since we changed yet the auto pay doesn't bill me until May.
