I have numerous pop-ups all from cdn.optmd.com. It is not a regular web page. It does have an icon in the upper left hand corner. When you click on it you get options about permission, security, media and general. All the settings say block, but I still g

If that happens on another browser this is caused by a malware. Try runing Malware bytes anti malware or Combofix. Make first the latest updates to MBAM.
