TV guide will not retain local settings. There is no user.js file. How do I correct?

TV guide will not retain local settings. After closing the site reverts to default settings. There is no user.js file. Deleting the prefs.js file did not help. Any suggestions?

If websites don't remember your personal information, it is likely that Firefox is set to not remember cookies after exiting. You need to configure your Privacy settings to remember this - see Settings for privacy, browsing history and do-not-track.

If websites don't remember your personal information, it is likely that Firefox is set to not remember cookies after exiting. You need to configure your Privacy settings to remember this - see Settings for privacy, browsing history and do-not-track.

TV Guide cookies were present. I deleted them and reopened the site. It now works correctly. Thanks for your assistance
