Firefox crashes when I attempt to access my email through Optimum. I have been doing this for years, and don't understand why it suddenly fails to work. There is no problem if I go in through Explorer. Optimum support said its a problem with firefox.

I understand you are having a problem accessing you're email and you are probably really mad about now. Unfortunately you really need to contact Optimum about this issue because this issue is with a specific website.
