How do I manage sync account when "Manage Account" box can't be clicked?

I have installed Sync but it wont sync with my iphone and even if I wanted to go in and change my account the "manage account" button for the sync add-on can;t be clicked.

This happened

Every time Firefox opened

Same problem here. Using OS X 10.6
