Press the Alt key, this will temporarily display the menu bar. You can then make it permanently display the menu bar by selecting the View menu option, then Toolbars, and finally Menu bar

Press ALT+ V T M (CTRL+V T M on Macs) on your keyboard. This should restore the menu bar (Firefox 3.6)

Your plugins (Tools > Add-ons > Plugins) indicates that you have the "My Web Search Plugin Stub for 32-bit Windows" installed. The product is considered by most to be malware/adware/spyware. You may want to remove it.

Step 1. Step 2. You may need to change a preference to reset your default URL/location bar search provider: -Enter about:config in the address/URL bar and press the Enter key -If you see a warning, accept it (Promise that you will be careful) -Filter = keyword.url -Below the Filter, right-click on keyword.URL and choose "Reset" -Restart Firefox (File > Restart Firefox) See: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Keyword.url
