See Websites look wrong or appear differently than they should, in that article I would start with the section on minimum font size.

One more thing you can check, in the same part of the options dialog that you accessed when checking the minimum font size setting, also make sure that the setting "Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of my selections above" is selected.

Can you post a link and attach a screenshot?

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed the maximum file size (1 MB).

Make sure that you choose an unique name for the image to avoid problems with an already existing image with the same name.

I really appreciate all the suggestions and help.... problem is FIXED!! What made it happen? Don't know, I just did what everyone suggested and sure enough, bingo!!
