did your update and that put this what new page up and can not get rid of it went to your page that mentions it bit its incomplete it stop with... but does not tell you crap all tabs are shut off and still there

If I understand your problem, this article shows how to stop that happening - Firefox says it's just updated every time it starts - how to fix.

If that is the FAQ that you have already seen, can you tell us what you have tried?
