I can't get rid of "RelavantKnowledge 1.3.328.4" (uninstall is greyed out)

Can't uninstall Add-on Extension "RelavantKnowledge 1.3.328.4" 

I already  tried going into Safe-mode,

but uninstall button is still grayed out.

Do I have to uninstall firefox, and re-download - reinstall? Or is there a way to delete this mennace?

This application is installed by an external installer, so it should be listed in the Windows control panel.

  1. In the Start menu on the task bar select Settings then Control Panel
  2. Under the Control Panel menu, select “Add/Remove Programs”
  3. Locate RelevantKnowledge in the list of software currently installed on your computer. Highlight RelevantKnowledge and then click onRemove
